The DIMATE PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) is immediately available in the DIMATE Cloud and the customer does not need to make any significant investments in their own server hardware, archive storage, IT support or IT security management.
For a monthly fee, the customer can use the selected DIMATE software modules and DIMATE takes care of the operation and maintenance of the system in the certified data center. And if the requirements for the system ever increase, whether for additional test data storage or for additional workstation licenses, then the customer can book additional services and licenses at short notice.
DIMATE SaaS paves the way to an innovative and agile future
The examination data is stored in the customer's own DIMATE PACS system in the data center in a high-performance, secure and structured manner.
From here, the quality-assured data can be evaluated professional by the inspector or service provider via the DIMATE evaluation workstation in the cloud and measured values, such as residual wall thicknesses, can be transmitted to the customer's local ERP, RBI or IDMS.
All other stakeholders in the customer's network can also have secure access to the inspection images, reports and other documents, regardless of the location. This saves an enormous amount of time during test and plant approvals, especially during turnarounds.
These end-to-end digital workflows, from the test order management and reproducible evaluation to the transmission of measured values to leading management systems, are a basic prerequisite for "Industry 4.0" in materials testing, inspection or maintenance.
And with the DIMATE SaaS, the future costs only a monthly service fee.
